Bill Catlette

Bill has been a Senior Management Consultant with the West Tennessee Region of OI Partners / Russell Montgomery & Associates (RMA) since 2003. He provides Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Training for RMA clients and has served as Keynote Speaker at several OI/RMA Partner and Client events.

Bill has worked in a variety of Human Resource management and executive capacities with some well-regarded organizations. His corporate resume includes positions with Genuine Parts Company; ADP, where he served as the company's Corporate Manager of Employee Relations; and FedEx, where, as a Managing Director, he and his staff were responsible for developing many of the Human Resource programs which enabled that company to become recognized as one of the nation's "5 Best Managed Companies" (Forbes).

In 1989, Bill founded The Westar Group, a consultancy with focus in the areas of Employee Relations, Team/Leader Development, and Business Strategy. With more than 5,000 hours addressing business leadership groups, Bill is an accomplished speaker and seminar leader. He is a certified professional presenter of "The Coaching Skills Workshop" and has presented over 200 such seminars around the world for clients such as Chevron USA, Pfizer, Abbott Labs, Bombardier and IKON Office Solutions.

A graduate of the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida, Bill is a human resources consultant and executive coach with 30+ years' experience helping build highly successful organizations. He is co-author of the "Contented Cows" leadership and employee relations book series.
