Bob Reilly

Robert J. (Bob) Reilly is Managing Partner of the West Tennessee Region of OI Partners/Russell Montgomery & Assoc., Talent Management Consultants. He also serves on the Board of Directors of OI Partners, Inc., a global network of talent management consulting firms (of which RMA is a partner firm) with over 200 locations worldwide.

Bob has over 46 years experience, the last 39 of which have been in Memphis, TN. as a career counseling professional, management consultant and business executive. For the past 21 years, Bob has been recognized as a pioneer in providing career transition / outplacement consulting services to the Memphis business community. Other areas of specialization include executive coaching, entrepreneurial decision-making, leadership development and employee training. He is a frequent public speaker.

Before joining Russell, Montgomery & Associates, Bob founded and managed his own career development and consulting firm in 1989. Four years later he merged with a large international career management consulting firm and managed their Memphis Region for six years. Prior to his work in career management, Bob served in a variety of executive financial management positions with First Tennessee Bank where he was SVP Finance of Corporate Banking and earlier with Holiday Inns, Dobbs Houses, Inc., and initially, an international public accounting firm.

Bob is actively involved in a variety of civic, professional and not-for-profit organizations in Memphis. He is former president of the Memphis chapters of two professional associations-Financial Executives Institute (FEI) and the Planning Forum. In addition, he is a member of East Memphis Rotary Club, the Economic Club of Memphis, Leadership Collierville, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Over the past 35 years, he has also served as a board member and finance chair of several not-for-profit organizations in the Memphis area, including Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South, and for the past 21 years, has hosted a pro-bono, weekly job support ministry for 30 to 40 Memphians needing help in their career transition.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Iona College, New Rochelle, NY, and, in his earlier career, was a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Tennessee.
