A new additiona to our firm, John was most recently Sr. Vice President of Administration and Human Resources for Nashville based Genesco, Inc. with over 18,000 employees and operations in every state in the US. With over 37 years of experience, he has an exceptional background in labor relations, State and Federal regulatory and wage/hour compliance, Board compensation committees, HR organizational design, HR policy development, compensation planning and benefit planning/cost containment. John holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology.
