Lynn C. Jackson

Over the course of her thirty-plus year career, Lynn Jackson has been actively involved in Career Management Consulting, Managerial Coaching, Staffing/Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, & Training. Her corporate experience includes the last fourteen years as Vice President of Client Services for the West Tennessee Region of OI Partners / Russell Montgomery & Associates, a global Talent Management Consulting Firm. Before joining OI Partners / Russell Montgomery, Lynn was a District Manager for Randstad Staffing Services, an international staffing firm. She began her career in sales and marketing as an Account Manager for The Quaker Oats Company.

Lynn has provided executive coaching to individuals who are invested in ongoing professional growth and development. Her coaching has helped executives, managers and supervisors achieve advancement, prevent career derailment, increase productivity, communicate effectively, organize with efficiency, and improve interpersonal skills.

Lynn has served on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management as well as The Memphis Oral School for the Deaf. Lynn is also President of the local chapter of the NAAAHR, National Association of African Americans in Human Resource and a member of the Board of Directors for Network of Memphis. Lynn has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, as chairperson for the Small Business Council. Other memberships include: Girls Inc., American Society of Training and Development, Career Masters Institute, and Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches. Lynn has an international certification in career management as a Fellow Practitioner of the Institute of Career Certification International.

Lynn has Bachelor degrees in English and Psychology from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest IL and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
