Monica Shaw

Monika Shaw brings more than 25 years of human resource leadership experience to her role as vice president of executive search at Russell Montgomery & Associates. With experience in both private and public organizations she had led the human resources function of several organizations in the Middle Tennessee area. The past 10 years she held the position of Director of Human Resources at a major health care institution in Nashville. Her specialization is now in recruitment and sourcing of candidates in professional and executive/leadership roles.

A native of Germany, Monika earned a BA degree in English and French from the Universitat Augsburg/School of Foreign Languages in Augsburg Germany. She has been a resident of Nashville since 1974.
