Richard L. Bowling

Rick Bowling has over 20 years human resource experience ranging from first-line supervision to senior executive level responsibility.  He has operational, corporate staff and consulting experience in areas as diverse as the armed services, retailing, government and manufacturing.  Rick has had overall responsibility for human resources for a five-plant division of a major manufacturer in Knoxville.

Professional organizations in which Dr. Bowling has held membership include:  The National Management Association, the American Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, the Society for Performance and Instruction, the Association for Quality and Participation, and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers

Rick has a Doctor of Education degree in Technical and Adult Education, in addition to a Masters and a Bachelors Degree from The University of Tennessee.  He is the Manager of the Knoxville office of Russell, Montgomery & Associates.
