Tim has 25 years of experience as Director of Supply Chain Operations for Kellwood Company, a Fortune 500 Apparel Company located in West Tennessee. His background with Kellwood includes a balance of operational and human resource activities. In this role he was responsible for development and design of the Business Supply Chain, sales/marketing, customer service, product development, and distribution/logistics.
Tim’s duties with Kellwood on the human resource side included screening and recruiting, personnel training, coaching, employee evaluations, leadership training of behavioral and communication skills and succession planning. His history includes producing high performance, team oriented, and independent working individuals.

After his departure from Kellwood, Tim joined Russell Montgomery & Associates in our Jackson, TN office in early 2006. He provides a blend of both marketing and delivery of career management services with emphasis on career transition, coaching, leadership development and employee training.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, while receiving minors in marketing and psychology from Slippery Rock University near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He received the “Small Business Institute” award for his work assisting the small business community develop better business practices to increase productivity, profit and customer service. He also has received Merit awards for his motivational involvement with the schools and youth groups in the Jackson community.
